Shipping and delivery
The approximate date of shipment from the warehouse is indicated for each product, which
we count from the payment time of the order.
If the order consists of several products with different shipping dates, the longest of the given
dates counts. If the order is placed on a working day after 3 p.m., its execution starts on the
next business day.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the time of receipt of the package is extended by the
time of transfer execution, and in case of installment payment - by the time of preparing and
signing an installment contract.
SHIPMENT DATE
We ship within 24 hours.
The products available in our warehouse, will probably be sent within 24 hours (1 business
day) from the moment of order payment and passing on to realization. Availability of products
on stock is given for one item. If the order covers a larger number of items it may happen that
it won’t be available on stock and we will have to ship the products from a supplier. Then a
delivery time may be extended.
We ship over 24h.
We do not have this item in our warehouse - we ship it from a regular supplier. The website
shows the approximate date of shipment.
Temporary missing product.
The product can not be ordered at this time. Our suppliers no longer have it. We can not
promise that this item will be available again.
DELIVERY TIME
Shipments are delivered by courier companies. The delivery time depends on the carrier,
type of parcel and address of the recipient. For courier companies it is usually 1-2 business
days from the moment of sending the package.
In case of receipt of an order via InPost parcel lockers, the parcel will be delivered to the
selected Parcel Locker within 2 working days from the moment of sending the parcel.
In some cases, the ordered goods can also be picked up at the selected collection point. Our
warehouse and collection points are located in Kępa Kiełpińska near Warsaw at the company
address - 44 Gajowa St.

Fuel charges for shipping and packaging are included in the shipping costs.
We advise to collect several products in one order to avoid duplication of transport costs.
We can not group two separate orders, therefore shipping costs are added to each order
separately.
The packaging is the right size and your products are well protected.
After adding the product to the basket, shipping costs are calculated automatically by the
store.
For purchases over PLN 500 the shipping is PLN 0.00 within the country.
The prices apply to shipments with dimensions which does not exceed 60 cm
Stones for sauna, doors and wood are excluded from a free delivery.
Long-range shipments as well as other non-standard shipments are subject to individual
quotation.
